    ABSTRACT The quality of health services is a service that can lead to satisfaction in each patient where the procedure is carried out in accordance with the standards and code of ethics that have been set. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of JKN participants in outpatient care on the quality of drug service in the Pharmacy Installation of Siloam Hospital, Manado based on five dimensions of service quality namely tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. This research is a descriptive study with prospective data collection. The number of samples is 100 people. Primary data collection was conducted using questionnaires to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire using the SPSS program. The results obtained by the overall satisfaction index value of  -0,010. Satisfaction index in each dimension respectively, among others: tangible-0,14; empathy -0,013; reliability -0,16; responsiveness 0,17; dan0,045 assurance.  The conclusion shows that the satisfaction index is negative, which means that outpatient JKN patients are not satisfied with the services provided at the Pharmacy Installation of Siloam Hospital Manado. Keywords: Patient Satisfaction, Quality of Service, Outpatient Care, Siloam Hospital, Manado.  ABSTRAK Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan adalah pelayanan yang dapat menimbulkan kepuasan pada setiap pasien dimana tata cara penyelenggarannya sesuai dengan standar dan kode etik yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien peserta JKN rawat jalan terhadap kualitas pelayanan obat di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Siloam Manado berdasarkan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yakni tangibles, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness, dan assurance. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara prospektif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang.  Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner uji validitas dan reliabilitas kuisioner menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai indeks kepuasan secara keseluruhan sebesar -0,010. Indeks kepuasan pada setiap dimensi berturut-turut antara lain: tangible -0,14; emphaty -0,013; reliability -0,16; responsiveness 0,17; dan assurance 0,045.  Kesimpulannya menunjukkan indeks kepuasan bernilai negatif yang berarti pasien peserta JKN rawat jalan belum merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Siloam  Manado. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan  Pasien, kualitas Pelayanan, Rawat Jalan, Rumah Sakit Siloam Manado

    Blood Distribution System using Data Mining

    Blood is a saver of all existing lives in case of emergency needs. During the blood transfusion process, the acceptor receiving blood should be considered before donating the blood. The blood donor information should be checked before displaying their details on the website. In this paper, we propose a web application to timely update the information regarding the donors, acceptor and patients where the administrator access the whole information about blood bank distribution system. It also maintains the amount of each available blood groups, if the stock of a particular blood group is lower than the required amount then the proposed method notifies the donor to donate blood. The web based application is readily scalable, efficient and adaptable to meet the complex need of blood bank who is key facilitators for the healthcare sector. Hence the life at threat can be saved by this optimization technique

    The firm value reflects the present value of expected future earnings. Financial management functions to maximize the value of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of capital structure (DER), dividend policy (DPR) and investment decisions (PER) on firm value (PBV) at a manufacturing company in BEI 2008-2012 period. The number of companies listed on the Stock Exchange was 146 company, using purposive sampling method in the determination of the sample obtained by 9 companies in the sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 15 for windows. The results of that study capital structure and investment decisions significant positive effect on firm value, while the dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value

    Indonesia is one of the developing countries, which can not be separated from International trade one of which is exported. Gianyar Regency is one of the areas which also exports, one commodity is processed wood products. This study aims first to analyze and determine the effect of exchange rate US dollars, the amount of production and the rate of inflation on the export of wood products Gianyar regency simultaneously and partially, as well as to analyze and determine which variables are the dominant influence on the export of wood products in Gianyar . The data used in this research is secondary data and the data obtained from the relevant agencies namely the Department of Industry and Trade Gianyar regency as well as Bank Indonesia. Then the data is processed by multiple regression analysis techniques that were previously equipped with the classical assumption. The test results with SPSS 17.0 to obtain the results of the US dollar exchange rate, the amount of production and the rate of inflation simultaneously significant effect on the export of wood products in Gianyar. Partially US dollar exchange rate had no significant effect on the export of wood products in Gianyar, total production of positive and significant impact on the export of wood products in Gianyar, the inflation rate had no significant effect on the export of wood products in Gianyar. Production quantities are variables the dominant influence on the export of wood products in Gianyar

    ABSTRACTPerformance measurement used the Balanced Scorecard method needs to be done at Datoe Binangkang Hospital General Pharmacy Installation to measure the performance achievements that have been carried out by Datoe Binangkang Hospital General Pharmacy Installation and as a basis for further performance improvement. This research aims to determine the performance of IFRS Datoe Binangkang with the Balanced Scorecard method in terms of the financial perspective and the perspective of internal business processes. This research is descriptive used a retrospective approach to financial perspective and prospective for internal business processes. Primary data were obtained from direct observation and secondary data were obtained from IFRS financial administration reports and Datoe Binangkang District Hospital. The results showed that in the financial perspective of 2019: the contribution of IFRS to RSUD 73.01%, ITOR 3.65 times and the average age of inventor 100 days. Internal business perspective: The level of availability of drugs is 95%, the average dispensing time for non-concoction prescriptions is 22.17 minutes and prescription concoctions at IFRS that are usually given to children, replaced with drugs that are already available according to the patient's illness, the component of drug information given to patients still does not meet the standards set by the Indonesian Minister of Health  No. 73 of 2016. The conclusion is the performance of Datoe Binangkang Hospital Pharmacy Installation is quite good, but needs to be improved in terms of drug inventory control, dispensing time and drug information services. Key words: Performance, Pharmacy Installation Datoe Binangkang District Hospital, Balanced ScorecardABSTRAK Pengukuran kinerja dengan metode Balanced Scorecard perlu dilakukan di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Datoe Binangkang untuk mengukur pencapaian kinerja yang telah dilakukan Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Datoe Binangkang serta sebagai dasar untuk perbaikan kinerja selanjutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja IFRS Datoe Binangkang dengan metode Balanced Scorecard ditinjau dari perspektif keuangan dan perspektif proses bisnis internal. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan retrospektif untuk perspektif keuangan dan prospektif untuk proses bisnis internal. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi langsung, wawancara dan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan administrasi keuangan IFRS dan RSUD Datoe Binangkang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada perspektif keuangan tahun 2019: kontribusi IFRS ke RSUD 73,01%, ITOR 3,65 kali dan average age of inventory 100 hari. Perspektif bisnis internal: Tingkat ketersediaan obat 95%, average dispensing time untuk resep non-racikan 22,17 menit dan resep racikan di IFRS yang biasanya diberikan pada anak, diganti dengan obat-obatan yang sudah tersedia sesuai dengan penyakit yang diderita pasien, komponen informasi obat yang diberikan kepada pasien masih belum memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Permenkes RI No. 73 Tahun 2016. Kesimpulannya yaitu kinerja Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Datoe Binangkang sudah cukup baik, akan tetapi perlu dilakukan perbaikan dalam hal pengendalian persediaan obat, dispensing time dan pelayanan informasi obat. Kata kunci : Kinerja, Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Datoe Binangkang, Balanced  Scorecar

    ANALISA TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI INSTALASI FARMASI BUDI SETIA LANGOWAN KABUPATEN MINAHASA

    ABSTRACT The quality of health services is classified as good if the health services provided could cause satisfaction to each patient in accordance with the level of satisfaction of the average population who are the main target of the health service. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of outpatients with the quality of pharmacy services at the Pharmacy Installation at Budi Setia Langowan Hospital. This research is a cross-sectional study with the study sample determined using the accidental sampling method, which is a sampling technique by taking samples randomly. Data were taken by prospective way then analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS analysis program, using bivariate analysis to test the relationship between independent variables, namely the level of outpatient satisfaction with the dependent variable namely Outpatient Service Quality (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy) given by the hospital to outpatients. The results showed that the value of outpatient patient satisfaction was at a positive index with a value of 0.07 with a CSI value of 87.74, which was in the very satisfied range, thus stating overall of the patients receiving pharmaceutical services at the Budi Setia Langowan Pharmacy Installation, had felt very satisfied. Keywords: Analysis of the level of satisfaction of outpatients, Budi Setia Langowan. ABSTRAK Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan digolongkan baik jika pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan dapat menimbulkan rasa puas pada setiap pasien yang sesuai dengan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata penduduk yang menjadi target utama dari pelayanan kesehatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Budi Setia Langowan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional dengan sampel penelitian ditetapkan menggunakan metode accidental sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil sampel secara bebas. Data yang diambil secara prospektif  kemudian  dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik dengan program analisis SPSS, dengan menggunakan Analisis bivariat untuk melakukan uji hubungan antara variabel bebas yaitu tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dengan variabel terikat yaitu Mutu Pelayanan Rawat Jalan (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty) yang diberikan Rumah Sakit kepada pasien tawat jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai Ikj kepuasan pasien  rawat jalan berada pada indeks positif dengan nilai 0,07 dengan nilai CSI sebesar 87,74 yang berada pada rentang sangat puas, sehingga menyatakan secara keseluruhan pasien yang menerima pelayanan kefarmasian di Instalasi Farmasi Budi Setia Langowan sudah merasa sanggat puas. Kata kunci : Analisa tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan, Budi Setia Langowan

    A parasitic myoma: clinicopathological study of a rare case

    Leiomyoma is a benign tumour composed of smooth muscle cells with fibrous stroma and it is the commonest tumour amongst the tumours of uterus. As per FIGO classification system parasitic leiomyoma has no myometrial involvement or uterine attachment. These myomas get detached from the uterus and receive the blood supply from another source. The etiology and pathologic basis of these parasitic fibroids is not yet clearly understood. We report a rare case of parasitic myoma in a 29 years old female patient presented with abdominal discomfort and difficulty in micturition. Clinical examination and subsequent imaging studies revealed a pelvic mass. Histopathological examination of which proved it to be a parasitic myoma. Parasitic myoma is a rare entity which may be iatrogenically created after surgery particularly with morcellation technique. With increasing rates of laparoscopic procedures, surgeons should be aware of the possibility of formation of parasitic myoma and should take intraoperative precautions to minimise its formation

    Drug storage at heat air condition, high humidity room, and exposed with light lead todrug degradation. Temperature changes is one of external factor cause unstability ofpharmaceutical product.The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of temperature onnifedipin stability. The method using in this research is factorial Complete Random design.There are two factors. Factor A is temperature(40oC, 50 oC, and 60 oC) and factor B are period(60, 120 and 180 minutes). There are three samples in this research research. Analysis ofnifedipin content using Spectrophotometer UV-Vis. Obtained data were analyzed using spss ver.20. The differences between variable were statistical analyzed. The results shows that sample Aat temperature 60 oC, after 180 minutes treatment decrease to 86,47%, Sample B 86,43%, andsample C 85,66%, respectively. Temperature significantly effect on the stability of nifedipin(p<0,05)
